Rather than applying a ‘single service’ lens and then measuring people based on the context of a particular service, we flip this approach and apply an ‘individual’ or ‘people’ lens that allows us to assess the services that the individual engages with.
This helps us understand and better support people by taking a ‘whole of person approach’. This is especially important when working with mental health related data, which we have helped multiple clients understand.
