We were proud to have one of our team members, Ernestynne Walsh, give a presentation at an online Women in Data Science (WiDS) event in 2020. This event was an online event that was independently run by WiDS through the University of Auckland.

In her presentation, Ernestynne primarily discussed the topic of diversity in the data science industry and frames it for students who are interested in potentially studying data science. Fostering data science students and growing the skills of our team are both core values of Nicholson Consulting. Several of our team members that started as students have stayed on and now have a career with us.
